Yes — this is one of our specialties. Wilmer and the team have extensive experience working with adjusters. We document all damage, advocate on your behalf, and many of our customers receive full replacements they didn't expect before we stepped in. You don't have to navigate the process alone.

How long does a full roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex roofs — multiple stories, steep pitch, extensive decking damage — may take 2 days. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront and keep you informed throughout the project.

What roofing materials do you install?

We install a wide range of materials including architectural asphalt shingles (Owens Corning Heritage, GAF, CertainTeed), metal roofing, and flat/TPO systems for commercial applications. We use premium underlayment (RhinoRoof U20, synthetic felt) on every job for added protection.

Do you offer free inspections?

Absolutely. We offer free roof inspections throughout the DFW Metroplex. Whether you've had recent storm damage, notice a leak, or simply want a professional assessment before selling your home, we'll come out at no cost and give you an honest evaluation — no pressure.

Are you licensed and insured in Texas?

Yes. WAS Construction & Roofing LLC is fully licensed and insured in the state of Texas. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation on every project. We're happy to provide proof of insurance before any work begins — just ask.
